Capt. Rich & Marie bought a house in Punta Gorda Isles and brought their 37 1980′ O’Day Sloop/Cutter with them.  Their boat Seebee has won many trophies in competitions in Bermuda and the U.S.  Shown here was a race in Maryland with the Annapolis Naval Academy in the background.  These two sailors have made Punta Gorda their home and love life on the water!   The Seebee sits comfortably at their dock ready for short jaunts into the harbor and perhaps an over-nighter in a lagoon off the intercoastal waterway.  Trips to the keys, Bahama’s and the Caribbean are a very achievable dream when your boat is at your backdoor in Punta Gorda.

Steve & Kathy recently bought a home with me and we needed plenty of draft to get their 40′ Island Packet behind their house.  They chose Alligator Creek to purchase a wonderful waterfront home and also added a 24′ center console for quick runs to the beaches and restaurants.  Prior to making the purchase I confirmed the water depths from the outer channel in Charlotte Harbor to far up into Alligator Creek.  Steve on two occasions verified the depths aboard his center console.

Life is good with their boat at their dock and they could not be happier.
